Shine brightly in the glowing spotlight

We shine upon them

Heroes are what we call them

Vigilantes watching from rooftops

Heroes sent to protect us all

At least that is what the masses say

No symbols adorn their chests

Hiding in the shadows they wait

Weapons out and cruel laughter echoes

Villains we call them

Monsters standing in back alleys

Villains sent to kill us all

At least that's what our saviors say.

Look close if you will as the buildings fall

A battle again between two sides

Tearing down our home
